Reiki Level 1 is your energetic initiation.
This is where you begin working with Reiki energy through attunement — a process that opens and aligns your energy system so you can channel universal life force energy.
In this live training, you’ll learn how to:
Work with Usui Reiki energy for self-healing
Understand energy flow in the body
Begin sensing subtle energetic shifts
Use hand positions for healing
Ground and protect your energy field
Trust your intuitive awareness in a new way
This is the foundation of all Reiki practice.
This is a live Zoom experience (not pre-recorded).
During our time together, you will receive:
Reiki Level 1 attunement (live energetic initiation)
Teaching on Reiki principles + energy awareness
Guided self-healing practice
Hands-on (energetic) instruction for daily use
Space for integration and questions
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how to begin using Reiki immediately.

About your Teacher
My journey with Reiki began in 2010, during a deep period of healing from anxiety and an eating disorder I had struggled with for over 10 years.
After receiving my first Reiki sessions, I began noticing profound shifts in my emotional state, self-talk, and ability to handle stress. Reiki became a turning point in my healing process, supporting me in restoring balance, calm, and inner connection.
I went on to complete my Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 training in 2011, my Usui Reiki Master training in 2015, and my Karuna Reiki Master Teacher® training in 2022.
As I continued practicing, my intuitive abilities naturally began to activate and strengthen. Reiki became not only a healing practice, but a way of life that transformed my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Reiki is what changed everything for me—and it’s my honor to now share this work with others who are ready to begin their own journey.
“I took Stefanie's Level 1 Reiki certification course. First of all, Reiki is a very new modality for me. I am a self-described "non-spiritual" person.
