Service Disclaimers

By purchasing or participating in any of my services (including but not limited to: Reiki sessions, energy healing sessions, psychic readings, mediumship readings, spiritual coaching, group programs, masterclasses, classes), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• All services, readings, programs, and courses are for entertainment purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use a service (or have expressed parent permission to receive the service)

• Readings, sessions, and insights are provided as spiritual guidance only. They will not diagnose illnesses or answer questions related to pregnancy, death, or medical/psychological conditions.

• Services do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Seek a qualified expert in the relevant field for any concerns.

• You accept full legal and personal responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on the reading. The future is never set in stone and you always have free will.

• During mediumship readings, there is no guarantee that a specific relative, friend, or guide will come through during a session. As a medium, I cannot force a spirit or guide to come through on command. I will channel through whoever is present for the reading and give you the messages you need to hear at that moment in time.

• The accuracy of any insights, predictions, or messages cannot be guaranteed as spiritual coaching, psychic readings, and mediumship readings are subject to interpretation.

• This site and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Reiki, energy healing, psychic, or mediumship services.

• You agree that to use and book these services at your own risk.

• Readings and sessions can be refused if a client is deemed mentally or physically unruly/unfit, including being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The practitioner reserves the right to end a reading at any time if it is in the best interest of both parties.

• All services require full payment upfront upon booking. There are no refunds once payment is processed.

• Cancellations made within at least 48 hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge within the next 30 days. If your session is not rescheduled within the 30 day period, payment will be forfeited. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
